Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard orders ship via UPS Ground and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Expedited Domestic Shipping (U.S)

1–2 day expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $50.

Expedited orders must be placed by 11 a.m. ET to ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11 a.m. ET will ship the following business day.

International Shipping

MUSES ships internationally to a selection of countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway,  Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Standard International Shipping

• • Complimentary on orders of $500+

• • $25 for orders up to $499

• • Estimated delivery: 6–12 business days

Express International Shipping

• • $65

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) whenever available, meaning duties and import taxes are calculated and paid at checkout for a smooth, surprise-free delivery experience.

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
